productivito provides productivity apps and integrations for Slack. Depending on the app you install (for example reminders, celebrations, or related workflow features), functionality may vary by workspace settings and plan.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any productivito app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Use of the Slack API

productivito apps use the Slack API to provide their functionality. All interactions with Slack are performed in accordance with Slack's API policies. These apps are not created by, affiliated with, or supported by Slack Technologies, LLC.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Managing your Slack workspace settings and permissions
• Ensuring app usage complies with your organization's communication standards
• Not misusing the app for spam or unauthorized messaging

5. Data Handling & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using productivito apps, you consent to the handling of your data as outlined in that policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

productivito apps are provided as digital tools that depend on Slack, third-party infrastructure, and workspace-specific configurations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every potentially relevant message, mention, or workflow event will always be detected, processed, or delivered without delay.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mehrbytes is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of ordinary negligence, mehrbytes is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations ("Kardinalpflichten"). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, mehrbytes is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or damages resulting from missed, delayed, suppressed, or incorrectly generated reminders, notifications, or follow-up actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing important Slack communications and must not rely exclusively on the service for business- critical, legal, medical, safety-relevant, or time-sensitive matters.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated. Any changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to productivito apps at any time, without prior notice, if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

9. Customer References

By using productivito apps, you agree that mehrbytes may mention your company name as a customer reference on our website (productivito.com) and in marketing materials. This applies to company names only and does not include individual names, quotes, or personal data without separate explicit consent.

You may object to this use at any time by sending an email to contact@productivito.com. We will remove your company name from all reference materials within 14 days of receiving your request.
